We had a great time at Marist College yesterday for their Annual Health & Wellness Fair for their staff 🌟

We were so honored to be invited to share our services and healing modalities with our local community. It was wonderful making new connections and spreading awareness of the power of healing holistically.

Upcoming events this week at the Hudson Valley Holistic Healing Center 🌿

Wednesday 10.23 - we will be representing ourselves at Marist College for their Annual Wellness & Benefit Fair for staff and employees, we will be taking the day off to get out into the community to spread awareness about holistic healing. Booking will be closed and will resume on Thursday regular hours, where we will be honoring the 50% off usual Wednesday discount for select services.

Thursday 10.24 - Come in and enjoy an Infrared Sauna, Salt Cave (Halotherapy), Ionic Foot Detox, or Foot Spa session at half price!

Friday 10.25 - Join Lindsey, one of our Healing Arts Practitioners here, for her bi-weekly Sacred Feminine Circle, a safe space for women to come together and experience the multidimensionality of their feminine essence, supporting eachother in rising into their power.

Saturday 10.26 - Start the morning off with a relaxing and refreshing Flow & Restore Yoga flow with Charron at 10:30am.

Nurse Donna will be here giving IV Vitamin Infusions in the Salt Cave from 9-2. Donna will also be offering her Holistic Facials, while Iris will be offering Reiki Facials.

End the evening with a profound and powerful sound bath during the Deep Space sound Journey and Reiki from Sound Healer John Minks and Reiki Master Lindsey.

📣A quick update for our healing community!

Just a reminder that the Healing Center will be closed for bookings on Wednesday, October 23rd. Our team will be attending the Annual Wellness & Benefit Fair for staff and employees at Marist College and will return regular hour (10am - 5pm) on Thursday, October 24th.

We will still be honoring the Wednesday discount on Thursday or Friday of next week to make up for the Wednesday closing. (For sauna sessions, salt cave sessions, ionic foot detox, and foot spa services only)

We honor being able to be a part of community events and to have the opportunity to spread awareness of our services and offerings and more importantly our mission here at the Hudson Valley Holistic Healing Center.

✨Meet Kaitlyn! - Our newest team member at the Hudson Valley Holistic Healing Center!✨

Kaitlyn Guay is an Energy Worker, Sound Healer, and owner of Elements by Kaitlyn () , a company that creates Elemental Gemstone jewelry and Sustainable Bamboo Goddesswear.

Her great joy is to harness the ancient wisdom of gem and cloth, energy and sound, to help bring people back into a state of deep remembering of who they truly are. For when we truly remember ourselves, in all our sacred sovereignty, we begin to see the places where we have been cast in shadow and forgotten our true brilliance. It is then that we become able to shed old stories and ways of being that have kept us out of the light, and out of alignment.

Kaitlyn is going to be bringing in her medicine of sound, vocals, crystals, and intentional energy healing- she will be offering intimate group events in the Salt Cave and will also be offering 1:1 personalized sessions.

Our space here at the Hudson Valley Holistic Healing Center was created intentionally with special energy, lighting, vibrations, decor, and colors, created by Iris with love and light in her heart🙏
