My work begins with finding my client’s inner strengths. As a compassionate, dedicated, and solution focused clinician, I strongly believe that an individual’s strengths enable them to overcome their own struggles, and I enjoy assisting in that process of healing and personal growth. I am trained by Cognitive Behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and solution focused approach. I treat people

with anxiety, relationship problems, sexual identity issues, and life transition/immigration issues. As a bilingual and bicultural, I welcome/respect each individual’s unique values and beliefs from his/her cultural and religious standpoint. I often combine both Eastern and Western philosophies and perspective and emphasize on body-mind connection. I join client’s personal journey to nurture their potential with a culturally sensitive approach. If you have tried to solve your problem for a long time with little improvement, why not try something new?

Not getting enough positive feedback? Try "Mirror work." Telling yourself how great you are while looking into your own eyes in the mirror. "You're amazing!" "You're beautiful!" "I love you." etc..
Don't blow it off. Don't wait for someone to tell you how great you are. Send positive energy to yourself because you're great!
