If your goals require life to be settled before you can pursue them, it might be time to reassess.
For years, I waited for the perfect conditions to improve my health. I’d wait until my back felt better and life slowed down, then attack my workouts.
More often than not, I’d end up hurt, burnt out, or right back where I started a few weeks later.
What finally worked wasn’t waiting for the stars to align. It was getting really good at the basics.
Take one simple step. Get really good at it. Then add another.
Momentum is built long before life feels “settled.”
