Resilience isn’t something you have. It’s a dance you learn.

Sometimes we lead. Sometimes we follow.

I’m starting a new series showing what that dance actually looks like in real life.

This is The Dance. Follow along.

Low carb, keto, vegan, paleo, intermittent fasting. They are all right for someone.

Experiment with small changes and see how you respond.

That’s exactly what we test for in the Reset program. DM me if you want to figure out what works for you.

It’s been a difficult but rewarding journey taking this idea/hobby and turning it into a legitimate business with potential.

I want to thank all of you for putting up with me learning how to turn the ideas in my head into something worth watching. Every like, follow, comment, and share is a chance for another set of eyes to know that my tiny business exists, so I appreciate every one of you.

I also owe a huge thank you to my early clients for trusting me to help with your goals and giving me the opportunity to prove and improve this system. I’m excited about the progress you’ve made and looking forward to continuing to grow alongside you.

And a huge thank you to my family for giving me the space to obsess over every little detail. I know building this has taken up a lot of my time and energy, and I’m going to make that support count.

A little look behind the scenes at NTRC.

Coaching isn’t generic problem solving or handing someone a list of things to do.

It’s a mutual experiment.

Establish a baseline. Control what we can. Observe the response. Learn from the wins and the friction. Change one variable at a time and gradually build capacity.

Sometimes the answer is to progress. Sometimes it’s to hold the line. Sometimes it’s to pull back.

The goal is to keep learning and keep moving forward.

The day I decided to find a new approach, my son brought me an ice pack as I walked in the door from work. He shouldn’t have had to know I needed one.

I wasn’t willing to let things get worse while I waited for my circumstances to improve anymore.

If this is you, DM me. I read and respond to every one.

I spent years trying to get back to who I used to be. Everything changed when I stopped fighting my circumstances and started building around them.

If you’re tired of feeling like you’re the problem, maybe it’s time to change the narrative.

Building the business the same way I coach: invest in small changes, build slowly, and let them add up.

The other 23 hours matter more.

This is the foundation of how I coach. Before we talk about workouts or weight loss, we make sure the basics are locked in so that when life gets in the way, and it will, you don’t lose everything you’ve built.

If that resonates, send me a message.
