BEST PUMPKIN PIZZA RECIPE BELOW👇🏼🎃🍕

If you know ANYTHING about me and mark, it’s that we LOVE pizza. So much so that we drove to Colorado to buy an pizza oven off of FB marketplace that we have used at least weekly since we bought it. Such a fun little gadget!

We’ve come up with tons of unique pizza recipes(I’ll post more as we make them!!), but my all time favorite is the pumpkin sage pizza that my mom made for us growing up. It is delish and tastes like fall. We finally got around to making it last night and I think I’m putting it on the weekly dinner menu until they stop selling pie pumpkins at !

So here is the recipe for the best PUMPKIN SAGE PIZZA you’ll ever eat!! I promise. Come over to my house Provo peeps and I’ll make you some. 🎃

- 1 pizza dough (marks a lil homemaker that makes it homemade but I also love the Trader Joe’s herb dough)
- mascarpone cheese (in place of sauce)
- roasted pumpkin (baked w dried sage & rosemary)
- sage sausage
- fresh sage
- mozzarella cheese

You’ve got the toppings, just cover that dough to your hearts desire and enjoy the yummiest slice of fall!!! Lmk if you make it and what you think!!

🏋🏽‍♀️COMPOUND LIFTS & PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD🏋🏽‍♀️

If you’re new to lifting and trying to figure out what exercises to focus on, start with compound lifts! These are the best exercises for building muscle and losing fat while targeting multiple muscle groups. Mastering your form and using progressive overload is key.

What are compound lifts?

Compound lifts are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once. Some key ones include:

💪🏼Barbell squat
💪🏼Overhead press
💪🏼Deadlift
💪🏼Bench Press
💪🏼Barbell row

What is progressive overload?

It’s all about gradually increasing the weight, sets, or reps over time. This helps your muscles get stronger and pushes your progress forward!

My personal goal over the next 9 months is to use compound lifts and progressive overload along with MAPS programs to drop my body fat from 20% to 17%. Follow along for more fitness & nutrition tips and education! 💪🏼

APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE RECIPE BELOW 🍎 👇🏼

Fall is full of fresh produce which I absolutely LOVE! We are just finishing our peaches from .orchards and decided to stock up on plums & apples today! I love eating with the season because it means more flavor, more nutrients, and it’s usually more budget friendly too!

With these warm temps hanging around, I’ve been loving this apple pie smoothie—super refreshing and packed with all the good stuff from fall’s best fruits! Here’s the recipe!

• 1 apple (cored and chopped, skin on)
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter)
• 1 tbsp oats (optional for extra texture and fiber)
• Ice cubes (as needed for thickness)
