Ya'll have been in this journey with me and I thank you for your support and push to my accomplishments so far 💙 🫶

I got diagnosed after I went into a diabetic coma... not knowing I was diabetic back in December... Christmas day.

My A1C was at a whopping 12.8... almost a 13!!

I have been working so hard to be a better me... My 1st 3 month check results came back at a 5.4 ❤️

Today I went for my 2nd 3 mths check up and I was a nervous wreck. I still have maintained my strategies but was not as strict as my 1st 3 months. But I personally think that I have found a good balance since my sugar levels are always good.

But was still nervous and afraid of disappointment thinking as to.. what if it went up... being that I wasn't as strict.

I almost jumped up and my face was just all smiles when they told me my A1Cs were now at at a 4.8!!!!!! Super happy! And just even more drive to keep going with my journey. Also I have lost a total of 66.3 lbs! 💙

(This was possibly not the greatest angle on my before but still can tell a huge difference)
