Now Hiring: Residential Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

DSPs assist members with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. This role includes providing person-centered support to individuals with Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and behavioral challenges. Must be able to adapt care strategies to meet each member’s unique needs.
