After being a member of the YMCA Weston for 20 years and a fitness instructor for 6 years, I taught my last two classes tonight.
😭 It was an emotional farewell to friends who have made fitness and health a priority. It’s been a fabulous journey teaching BodyPump, Pilates, Barre, Spin, HIIT, Silver Sneakers, and Cardio Core during my time at the Y. Danielle presented me with dumbbells signed by the members 💪🏻 and Alain gave me red tape -a BodyPump joke for setting up our equipment 🤣
