“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

We live in a world of rushing, striving, and constantly pushing through. But throughout Scripture, God repeatedly calls His people to slow down, rest, listen, and abide in Him.

Healing begins when we become still in His presence and trust in His plan for our lives.

Stillness in our spirit is resting in Him.
Stillness in our soul is regulating our mind and emotions and letting go of control.
Stillness in our body is a regulated nervous system, which supports every other system in the body.

And when we are still, our environment no longer dictates our peace. Instead, peace is not only within us — it begins to surround us.

James 5:16 reflects what the counseling world calls “Helper Therapy”🤝

“Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.” 🗣️

The Helper Therapy Principle is when WE get healed by helping OTHERS heal. The healing comes through the OUTPOURING of love. 🫗

The people around us act as a mirror so we can see the parts that need tending.🪞

Growth occurs within our RELATIONSHIPS - people, environment, God, and self. For most people, they haven’t developed a safe and nurturing relationship in one or more of these areas.🧎‍♂️‍➡️

This is where counseling and support groups come in. It provides a space for a person to heal and grow within a healthy environment. 🌱

Many people suffering from chronic symptoms are told “everything looks normal” while their body continues to struggle daily.

Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) is a complex, multisystem inflammatory illness that can develop after exposure to biotoxins such as mold, bacteria, viruses, and other environmental triggers.

For some individuals, genetic susceptibility may impair the body’s ability to properly identify and remove biotoxins, leading to an ongoing inflammatory response that impacts multiple systems of the body.

Symptoms can vary widely and may include:
• Fatigue
