To my midlife ladies!
You do NOT have to train like you did at 25 to be strong at 45, 55, or beyond.
Changes are happening...
Your body is changing.
Your hormones are changing.
Your recovery needs are changing.
That doesn't mean you're getting weaker, it just means your approach needs to evolve.
The goal isn't to punish your body, but to support it.
✔️ Strength train consistently
✔️ Prioritize protein (100+ grams per day)
✔️ Walk often
✔️ Protect your sleep
✔️ Give yourself grace on the hard days
✔️ Focus on progress, not perfection
The women who thrive in midlife aren't the ones chasing extremes. They're the ones showing up over and over again, even when motivation isn't there.
Small actions + consistent effort + long term results.
