When you are fueling your own bodies, your kids pay attention and what what’s good for them too! 💙

If you had told my younger self that one day I’d get excited about harvesting lettuce from my garden, baking sourdough, and spending a quiet evening at home with a good book... I probably wouldn’t have believed you. 😂

But here we are.

And honestly? These simple things bring me so much joy.

Maybe it’s getting older. Maybe it’s realizing that peace feels better than constantly being busy. Or maybe it’s just discovering that slowing down isn’t boring—it’s fulfilling.

These days you’ll usually find me in the garden, reading something that makes me think, working on my sourdough starter, or enjoying a quiet night at home.

Tell me I’m not the only one... what are your “millennial hobbies”? 🌱📚🍞

🔄A lot of women come to me having spent years managing their cycle.

💔Managing the pain.
💔Managing the mood swings.
💔Managing the bloating and the exhaustion and the week before their period when they do not feel like themselves.

And I understand why.

When symptoms are significant and the medical system offers management rather than explanation, managing is the rational response.

💥But I want to offer a different frame.💥

Your cycle is the most detailed monthly biological report card your body produces:
🔎the length of each phase
🔎the character of your bleed
🔎the timing and quality of your PMS symptoms
🔎your energy, libido, sleep, digestion across the four phases

All of it shifts in patterned ways across the cycle.
→And all of it is communicating something about the hormonal environment your body is running in.

🔑Heavy periods are reporting something about estrogen metabolism and uterine inflammation.

🔑Mid-cycle headaches are reporting something about the estrogen drop at ovulation.

🔑Late-luteal anxiety is reporting something about progesterone levels and allopregnanolone availability.

🔑Luteal-phase fatigue is reporting something about thyroid function, iron, and mitochondrial capacity.

The report is being written every month. You have probably been reading some of the headlines. The investigation is about reading the full text.

Once you can do that, the symptoms are no longer things to manage around. They are information that points toward the actual solution.

What is the cycle symptom that has been loudest for you and that no one has ever properly explained?

Your cycle’s report card is worth reading. Discovery calls are open. Link in bio.

Comment “PMS” to take the free PMS Pattern Decoder. It starts translating what your late-luteal symptoms have been trying to say.

PMS is not something you just have to “put up with.”

Mood swings, irritability, anxiety, cravings, headaches, painful periods, fatigue, and feeling like a different person for part of every month are all signs that your body is asking for support—not that you’re broken.

The problem is that most women are told these symptoms are “normal,” so they spend years trying to push through them.

The truth? PMS is often a clue. A clue that hormones, stress, blood sugar, nutrient status, or gut health may need attention.

When we stop masking symptoms and start looking at the patterns, we can begin supporting the root causes.

💗 If PMS has been running the show, comment or DM me “P”MS and I’ll send you my PMS Decoder Guide.
You deserve to feel like yourself all month long.

For years, I thought burnout happened to people who couldn’t handle stress.

I thought if I just worked harder, stayed organized, pushed through the exhaustion, and kept showing up for everyone else, I’d eventually get ahead.

Instead, I found myself running on empty.

What I’ve learned—both personally and through working with hundreds of women—is that burnout rarely comes from weakness.

It comes from carrying too much for too long.

Being the one everyone depends on.

Putting yourself last.

Ignoring the signs because “there’s no time.”

Pushing through exhaustion because things still need to get done.

Your body eventually starts asking for what your mind has been refusing to acknowledge.

The fatigue.
The brain fog.
The mood swings.
The sleep issues.
The feeling that you’ve somehow lost yourself.
These aren’t character flaws.

They’re often signs that you’ve been surviving for so long that your body is asking for support.

If this resonates with you, let this be your reminder:
You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to prove how much you can carry.
And you don’t have to do it all alone. 💛

Tell me—what’s one thing you’re ready to put down?

This one hit me hard because I used to believe that if I could just plan better, prepare more, and stay one step ahead, I could avoid the hard things.

But life doesn’t work that way.

Over the years I’ve learned that peace isn’t found in having all the answers, controlling every outcome, or making sure everything goes exactly as planned.

Peace is trusting yourself when things feel uncertain.

Peace is knowing you can handle challenges when they come.

Peace is releasing the need to force, fix, or figure everything out right now.

Ironically, the more I tried to control everything, the more anxious and exhausted I became.

The greatest growth in my life happened when I stopped gripping so tightly and started trusting the process.

If you’re in a season where things feel uncertain, this is your reminder:
You don’t need to have it all figured out to be okay.

💛 What’s one thing you’re learning to let go of control around right now?
