What started as increased regulation with our last Governor, has continued with our current administration. The most recent bill which was meant to open retail sales for dispensary products in Virginia has capped those at 10mg and those of us in the h**p space are reduced to 2mg per package. This means reformulation of just about all full spectrum products on the market. We will also be losing some of our current legal products when the changes take place later in the year. This article helps explain some of the details but we will be learning as we go forward as they have not yet ironed out the complete details.
