Practice Information:

Caring Minds is open to adolescent and adult clients (13-65 years old) with unipolar depression, anxiety disorders, and mood disorder spectrum. Medication management services are provided using telemedicine/telepsychiatry. It continues to expand partnerships with different specialty groups such as therapists, nutritionists, wellness specialists in an effort to provide a holistic approach to treatment of mental health dysfunctions. We recognize the variabilities that exist between different bodies and experiences. We strive to incorporate SAMSHA’s 8 dimensions of wellness in our treatment plan and that may include emphasis in therapy, nutrition, exercise, social connectedness, as much as medication management.
