Summer is coming to an end soon and the sniffle season will be here before you know it..

The F.L.O.O.T. Roller is an easy blend to keep ready for everyday immune support, busy seasons, or travel. Keep this in your bathroom cabinet and label it accordingly.
10 ml roller:
▹ 10 drops Frankincense
▹ 10 drops Lemon
▹ 10 drops On Guard
▹ 5 drops Oregano
▹ 10 drops Tea Tree
Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply to the bottoms of the feet.

A handmade friendship bracelet is even more special when it carries your favorite essential oil. They’re easy to make, fun to customize, and perfect for sharing with friends.

You’ll Need
▪ Lava beads (or other porous beads)
▪ Colorful beads (optional)
▪ Elastic cord or string
▪ Essential oils

Directions
1. Cut the cord to fit your wrist.
2. Thread on the lava beads and any decorative beads.
3. Tie the ends securely and trim any excess.
4. Add 1–2 drops of essential oil to the lava beads and allow it to absorb before wearing.

▪ Vanilla – a warm, comforting aroma
▪ Green Mandarin – fresh and uplifting

Quick Stretch Routine
▪ Gently stretch your neck from side to side.
▪ Roll your shoulders forward and backward.
▪ Stretch your upper back by reaching your arms forward.
▪ Reach toward your toes while seated.
▪ Finish with a gentle side stretch on each side.
▪ Hold each stretch for about 15 to 20 seconds and move slowly without bouncing.
