Hi beauties ☃️

It’s been a while since I’ve shown up here and I’ve missed you!

As a community that upholds seasonal living I must say, it is certainly divine timing to be popping back up on your feed as we approach the Imbolc portal, which is technically when the new year vibe begins anyway.

It’s the stirrrrrring deep within the earth, as well as deep within our sacred beings.

What fire is beginning to spark within you?
What seeds are you excited to see sprout come spring?

formulating for Great Oak Wellness that won’t be coming for quite some time but when it does, it’s going to be radical and magical. ⚡️

Happy Autumn Equinox! 🍁🤎

Today marks the official transition from late summer into early autumn and it’s one of my favorite seasonal transitions.

The medicine of this season is balance, surrender and stillness.

Mother Nature is our guide and what is she doing now?

🍂 The hours of day and night hang in equilibrium, beginning to tilt more towards more darkness than light.
🍂 Leaves are changing color and softly falling to the ground to be composted into the earth.
🍂 The animals are gathering and preparing for the coming winter.

We are each invited to weave more harmony into our busy lives, to allow ourselves to release what we are no longer available for and to turn our awareness from outward to inward as this is the season of transformation.

A farewell to Summer…

Fields are fading from hues of green to hues of gold.

Humid air turns to dry, as the warm wind wafts to cooler currents.

The lazy haze of sun drenched days transitions into the bustling activity of back-to-school and harvest preparations.

Picking of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries shifts to apples, pears, pumpkins and corn.

Sunflower mazes whither away as corn mazes are here to play.

As we bid farewell to this playful season, may we remember to tuck away those rays of sunshine into our heart + soul, to carry with us through the transformation of autumn and stillness of winter.

Thank you summer for your sweet ripening.

How is the first harvest season going for you?

The biggest thing I’ve been working on cultivating more of is acceptance and surrender.

My daily prayer has been:
