I see and honor you through your healing. But then the whole point of all of it is to go and live a really great life.

What does living a great life mean to you?

I’ll share first: my family and I bought a wrangler this weekend and drove around with the doors off. Being super present with the seasons. Reading a book that I cannot put down (no matter the genre). Slow, fresh cooking. A great conversation with my husband. 50% adventure, 50% homebody.
