This page is designed to inform you about Kids Yoga Class offerings with Amy Buchan Yoga. Afterwards, she taught adult yoga classes from 2017-2019.

Amy Buchan completed her 200-hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training in May 2017. In addition, she began Kids Yoga Teacher Training in the fall of 2017. From 2017- March 2020, Amy found her niche leading Kids Yoga classes & workshops (tod

dlers - teens) in a variety of settings in the Raleigh area. Amy finished her 95-hour Registered Children Yoga Teacher Training in Nov. 2021 at Little Guru Kids Yoga.
