In honor of Minority Health Month, we are having our 2nd annual special edition meeting honoring Black and Brown lactation professionals across the state of North Carolina on Thursday 4/24/2025 from 12:00pm-1:00pm.

We are thrilled to extend an invitation to lactation professionals, perinatal support providers, and peer to peer perinatal support providers across North Carolina to participate in an exclusive feature during our upcoming NCBC meeting. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to serve as a dynamic networking platform, especially in observance of April as National Minority Health Month.

Our Mission: In alignment with our mission, we are dedicated to showcasing the inspiring work of lactation professionals like you. Your invaluable contributions play a crucial role in enhancing minority health, and this is an opportunity for your voice to be heard and your efforts to be recognized.

What to Expect: As a featured professional, you will be given a few minutes during our NCBC meeting to share insights about the impactful work you are doing. This platform is not just about sharing; it's about celebrating the strides you are making in the field of lactation, particularly focusing on minority health.

Why Your Participation Matters: Your experiences and expertise are essential in shedding light on the often overlooked areas of minority health in lactation. By highlighting your work, we aim to inspire and educate other lactation professionals across the state, fostering a community of informed, collaborative, and passionate individuals.

Join Us: To be a part of this significant event, please fill out the form below with your details (or a person you are nominating) and a brief overview of your work. We are excited to feature your journey and achievements during our meeting. Let's come together to make a difference in the field of lactation and minority health.
