This is not what happens every time but it is what happened this time!

For whatever reason, the most frequent client type I have is the one that's been around the block already and is still motivated and knows it's possible to feel better.

Step into the unknown 🌍⭐💟

Thanks for the feedback!

This client came in noticing one knee buckled inwards and was also noticing hip discomfort on that side. With something like this, It's important to get the ankle knee and hip all on the same page!

Happy Birthday to Ida Rolf — the brilliant woman who brought Structural Integration to the world.

Bronx-born. PhD biochemist in the 1920s. Studied yoga long before it was mainstream. She had uncanny perceptual abilities, yet insisted on staying grounded in what could be taught and replicated.

A true original 🌎⭐💟

Seeking 1–2 Case Study Participants (North Raleigh)

I’m looking for 1–2 people to receive 3 free structural integration sessions in exchange for allowing before/after photos to be used for my website and marketing.

This is less about “fixing posture” and more about exploring how the body can organize with more ease, support, and alignment.

This is a good fit if you are:

1. Open-minded and comfortable being seen (photos used respectfully)
2. Not overly busy — you have space to actually receive and integrate the work
3. Willing to experience some intensity (similar to a deep stretch) in service of change
4. Reliable and able to commit to 3 scheduled sessions

All bodies welcome — age, gender, and fitness level don’t matter.
If anything, the more room there is for change, the more meaningful the process.

If you feel a genuine “yes” to this, you’re likely a good candidate and I'd love to hear from you (you can message me through facebook and we'll have a call).
