These are the supplements I keep in my daughter’s routine for immune support, healthy growth, and overall wellness plus a few things I like to have on hand for those occasional days when she’s under the weather. 🤍

I’m a big believer in building the foundation first: nourishing food, adequate sleep, movement, hydration, and then using targeted supplements to fill in the gaps.

These are the products I personally reach for and keep stocked in our house, and I wanted to make it easy for you to see exactly what I use.

If you want the full list + the link to shop, comment STACK below and I’ll send it to you.

And yes 🙌 I have a 35% off link for you. 🙌🏼

You don’t need another goal.

You need to know the truth about your days.

Because it’s incredibly easy to say you want better health, more income, a stronger marriage, more time with your kids, more energy, more discipline…

And then look up three months later and wonder why nothing has actually changed.

The uncomfortable truth?

Your results are being created by what you repeatedly do—not what you intend to do.

And sometimes we are so busy, so overstimulated, and so committed to “doing all the things” that we never stop long enough to actually audit our behavior.

So this week, I want you to stop guessing.

At the end of every day, ask yourself:

What did I do today that moved my health forward?

What did I do that strengthened my marriage?

What did I do that moved the needle in my business?

What did I do that moved me closer to the woman I say I want to become?

And then the question most women avoid:

What did I do today that got in the way?

Where did I waste time?
Where did I choose comfort?
Where did I procrastinate?
Where did I say something was a priority but behave like it wasn’t?

This isn’t about beating yourself up.

It’s about becoming impossible to lie to.

Because awareness creates a choice.

And when you start seeing the same patterns over and over again, you can no longer pretend they’re random.

You either change the behavior…

or you keep getting the same result.

Your next level doesn’t require you to become a completely different woman overnight.

It requires you to become radically honest about the woman you are being today.

I see this all the time with high-achieving women. They’re successful, disciplined, taking care of themselves, eating well, working out, taking their supplements and doing “all the right things.” They genuinely believe they’re pretty dialed in. And yet when it comes to really optimizing their health, they keep saying, “I’ll focus on that after this launch,” “after we hire this person,” “after we hit this revenue goal,” “after things calm down.”

But here’s what I want you to understand: your health isn’t something you optimize once you have more capacity. It’s one of the things that creates more capacity.

The woman sitting in the CEO seat is the one making the decisions, leading the team, handling pressure, creating, solving problems, taking risks and carrying the vision. So if you’re asking your body to keep up with a bigger business, a bigger team, a bigger revenue goal and a bigger life while continuing to operate at the same level of capacity, eventually something has to give.

And this is where I think ambitious women are leaving so much on the table. What if the next business decision you make is dramatically better because you have more energy, more clarity, more resilience, more emotional capacity and more physical capacity to make it? What if the next level of your business doesn’t actually require you to work harder? What if it requires you to become capable of holding more?

Your health is not separate from what you’re building. It is part of your ability to build it.

So no, I don’t want you waiting until your body forces you to pay attention. I don’t want your health to become the thing you finally prioritize after the launch, after the milestone, after the promotion, after the next big decision.

Because by then, you’re not optimizing your health. You’re trying to recover the capacity you could have built all along.

Stop waiting for later. Start becoming the woman who can hold what you keep saying you want.

You’ve spent years building the business, creating the income, becoming the woman everyone can depend on and somewhere along the way, you may have become disconnected from the woman who built it all.

So when you start questioning your marriage, your business, your life, or wondering if you should just walk away and start over, pause. Maybe you don’t need to burn down the life you built. Maybe you need to look at the woman carrying it.

Your capacity, your health, your relationships, your identity, and the parts of yourself you’ve sacrificed to become successful. Because your next level doesn’t require you to want less. It requires you to become more capable of holding what you want.

Don’t burn it down. Become the woman capable of leading it.

You can be successful and still be sick. And the hard truth is most women are.

You can be making money, leading a team, raising a family, hitting your goals, showing up for everyone around you… and still be living in a body that is quietly begging for help.

That’s the part nobody talks about.

Because when you’re still performing, nobody asks questions. You’re still getting s**t done. You’re still closing the deal. You’re still showing up to the meeting. You’re still lifting. You’re still taking care of everyone else.

So the headaches become normal. The exhaustion becomes normal. The bloating becomes normal. The sleep you never quite recover from becomes normal. The afternoon crash becomes normal. The anxiety, the cravings, the cycle changes, the brain fog, the feeling that you’re somehow doing everything “right” but still don’t feel like yourself… normal.

But functioning is not the same thing as thriving.

And high income does not automatically mean high capacity.

Being busy does not mean you’re healthy.

Being strong does not mean your body is well.

And just because your body has learned how to survive the way you’ve been living doesn’t mean that’s the highest level of health available to you.

In fact, I think one of the most dangerous places a high-performing woman can find herself is in a body that is struggling… while her life looks successful from the outside.

Because success can give you a thousand reasons to keep ignoring the thing that is costing you the most: your physical capacity to actually experience the life you worked so hard to build.

You don’t need to wait until your body completely breaks down to decide it deserves your attention.

You don’t need another year of pushing through.

And you certainly don’t need to convince yourself that this is just what being a successful woman feels like.

There may be an entirely different level of vitality, strength, clarity and capacity available to you.

But you’ll never experience it if you keep mistaking survival for success.
