It has been a while since I have been able to write anything reflecting gratitude.
Very difficult doesn’t begin to describe the last two years for my family, and I have struggled to stay above the stress and heartache.
The one consistent is my life (besides my wonderful husband and fabulous daughters) is my clients/patients.
You have all shown me how much I have to be grateful for: from your unwavering support of my small business to your trust in my abilities to treat you.
I miss each one of you that I leave behind, enjoy working on all at present, and am excited to meet those I will in the future.

Life is all about change, and that often happens when you absolutely least expect it. As one door slams closed abruptly, so opens a few others….
At the end of July, I will be closing 307 Massage Therapy in Dayton and reopening in Rawlins once again!
My husband has accepted a position with RFD, and we will be moving this summer back to the southern part of the state.
Being in Sheridan County for the past 2 years has been a whirlwind of emotion, and it has helped us grow as a family.
I will miss our local family, friends and my clients/patients immeasurably.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for your friendship and support of me and my small business in your healthcare journey.

From my medical procedure last week & healing over the weekend, to the crazy snow storm impacting cell phone, internet, electricity and travel on Tuesday, to being pretty darn sick today, it’s not a week I care to repeat!

After the end of a busy day, I can’t help but be in awe of our state and community.
Our world was shook by this fire- so much fear, stress and lack of rest.
But amidst the chaos there was a red glow; the complete selflessness of neighbors giving all they had to help one another, the thoughts and prayers all as one, the wholehearted appreciation for those battling the flame….that glow is what kept our community whole.
I am so grateful to say that I am fully open for business in Dayton once again- and very busy (thank you SO much to all of you for that).
I am so proud to be a part of this valley 💜🧡

Tomorrow, Friday 10/4 I plan to be open for massages short of any evacuation changes. I will do my usual reminders tomorrow morning to those who have an appointment.
If you find yourself in a situation in which the fire has impacted you, do not hesitate to reach out to me and we can get you cancelled, no problem at all.
As for those who are able to keep their appointment I appreciate you more than you know, as this is my livelihood and often fires impact our lives with more than the awful physical destruction- by way of hindering small businesses. So as you and they are able, let’s try and support those small businesses in the valley 💜

Due to the close proximity of the fires, closure of the community center and the potential of my husband being needed, I will be closed today in Dayton for massages.
(All with an appointment have been notified personally).
Hopefully those involved can end this danger swiftly, with little damage to our beautiful mountain and communities.
Keep praying and thinking good thoughts, and stay out of the way of the first responders. 🖤♥️

Well, it’s officially been 10 years. 🤯 💜
An entire decade of providing professional massage therapy to so many fantastic individuals.
10 years of running my own business; of learning, and laughing, and stressing and being grateful.
Throughout that time, I have practiced in Sheridan, Buffalo, Saddlestring, Clearmont, Ucross, Dayton, Laramie and Rawlins. I have worked for and with others, in clinical and medical settings; at guest ranches, yoga studios and in private practice.
In addition to being an alumnus of Sheridan College, I have been a part of the American Massage Therapy Association WY State Board, a passionate advocate for professionalism standards in our great state, and a resource for those just starting out in this awesome career. I have been able to attend some fantastic certification classes, allowing me to be provide clinical care to patients in need.
My plan is continue on this path for many years to come as I enjoy it even more now then I did when it all started 💜
Thank you to every single person who has supported my business-> you are truly the reason I do what I do! Being able to walk around with ability to help treat someone’s physical pain or tension, with a literal touch of the hand, is such a cool thing. I look forward to the next decade!
