Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone. 🎉

Venetia has officially reached one year in recovery.

Recovery is about so much more than the number of days on a calendar. It's about rebuilding, growing, healing, and creating a life you're proud of. As Venetia celebrates one year in recovery, she's also settling into her new condo, a powerful reminder of how much can change when healing becomes the priority.

We are honored to celebrate this achievement with her and grateful to be a small part of her journey.

Congratulations, Venetia. Your hard work, resilience, and determination continue to inspire those around you. Here's to one year of recovery and all the incredible things still to come. 🦁✨

Family looks different for everyone. 💛

For some, it's the people who raised us. For others, it's the friends, mentors, or loved ones who stood by us when we needed them most.

No matter what family looks like in your life, connection matters. Support matters. Knowing you're not alone matters.

6 Tips for Your Mental Health 💛

1️⃣ Get enough sleep, rest impacts everything.
2️⃣ Spend time outside and get fresh air.
3️⃣ Talk to someone you trust instead of holding it all in.
4️⃣ Take breaks from social media when needed.
5️⃣ Practice self-compassion, you don’t have to be perfect.
6️⃣ Ask for support when things feel overwhelming.

Small steps matter. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but taking care of your mental health is always worth it. 🦁

Loving someone in recovery can be complicated. 💛

Many families experience:
• Grieving who their loved one used to be
• Feeling blame, shame, or judgment
• Navigating difficult systems alone
• Putting their own needs aside
• Feeling isolated or misunderstood

If this sounds familiar, please know: you are not alone. Support matters for families too. 🦁
