I'm sure we've had some people ask us this, thought this or currently experiencing this right???
Here is the answer..."Yeasts produce poisons called mycotoxins (literally fungal poisons). They are toxic byproducts that fungi excrete. (In other words "yeast p**p"). Yeasts produce 80 toxins in their p**p, including formaldehyde. Tissues impregnated with mycotoxins become irritated and swell in an attempt to dilute poisons, leading to inflammation (bloating)."

Getting healthy for many of us means we must detox first. What is detox? It's the process of ridding your body of toxins and restoring its natural balance. But in order to do this, you might feel worse before you feel better. And this step is why most people give up. DON'T GIVE UP!

As we choose foods that starve bad yeast and other opportunistic bugs, the yeast and bacteria cells die. The same thing happens with the anti fungal in our ProBio5. As they die, they release waste and something called endotoxin.
As you may guess, endotoxin is slightly toxic to the body. And because the immune system mounts a response to this endotoxin, we usually feel worse as we cleanse.

8 TIPS TO SUPPORT DIE OFF 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
🔹Eat warming, predigested foods. For example, heat makes food easier to digest. So choose cooked foods (like soup) over raw foods.
🔹Always include cultured foods on your plate. Fermented foods contain beneficial bacteria and yeast that soothe away inflammation. These good guys are also pros at metabolizing waste.
🔹Increase your Biocleanse. Make sure you are eliminating at least once a day. As you cleanse, your colon is your best friend because it escorts waste and toxins out of the body. Constipation prolongs a Herxheimer response as waste and toxins are reabsorbed back into the bloodstream and often come out through the skin.
🔹Focus on antioxidants and liver support. Your liver transforms waste so that it can be eliminated. Antioxidants are damage control; they sweep up the mess before it snowballs into free radical damage and runaway inflammation. Cruciferous vegetables—like cabbage, cauliflower, arugula, and watercress—are also high in antioxidants. But so does Biocleanse and XFactor!
🔹Continue to avoid sweet foods, even naturally sweet foods, as they will feed the exact organisms you are getting rid of! If you crave something sweet, use a few drops of stevia to sweeten a warm cup of tea or lemon water. Stay away from sugar!
🔹Gently move the body, enough to work up a sweat. It doesn’t take much. For example, bouncing on a mini trampoline will stimulate the lymphatic system and support your efforts to cleanse. Your body will also release waste as you sweat. Remember, keep it simple and keep it gentle.
🔹Drink plenty of water. Dehydration traps toxins in the body and closes down elimination channels. Staying hydrated is key to support detoxification. During this time you may need even more than the daily recommend amount.
🔹Practice deep breathing or yoga. Increasing oxygen into your cells not only stimulates the lymphatic system and boosts the immune system, but it can also boost your energy and sense of wellbeing.

This is great advice from one of our members "Remember each person is different so you'll have different results. Some things to look at that you could possibly change: portion sizes of your meals, dosage of the Triplex, are you taking the ProBio 5 & biocleanse at the optimal times, could you increase dose? Have you added exercise to your routine. It doesn't need to be 2 hours at the gym, just something different than what you've been doing. Look at your food intake, something you can eliminate? Water is a huge factor. I never drank enough water. You should be drinking half of your body weight in ounce in water. There is a chart, your not to exceed 100 oz I think. I average about 75-90 ounces a day by using Contigo 24oz water bottles. Game changer for me. Keep it up. Gradual changes are the best because it stays off."
