Amazing surprise ! Been on my diet since march 5th and lost so far about 40 LBS. But lately it's been much a slower process with some no- loss weeks ! I still keep pushing thru even on these bad days/ weeks.. I can feel my clothes getting more loose and my pants a lil more baggy ! I started with a size 20 jeans barely fitting me so i think really i was a size 22 !..
Today my friend gave me a size 16 jeans and they fit !!!! They fit tight but they fit !!! My point is trust your guts and how ypi feel and don't get discouraged by the number on the scale !!!! Yay !!!!
