It’s been a while, but I’ll be opening up in-person sessions again soon. These will be offered 2–3 times a month, and you’ll be able to sign up ahead of time.

While the connection in remote sessions is always just as strong and powerful, there’s something really beautiful about being able to share space together in person. The energy, the presence, the ability to sit, connect, and interact face-to-face adds another layer to the experience.

I’m looking forward to holding space in this way again and connecting with you all more deeply. More details on dates and sign-ups coming soon. 🀍✨

16 years of unconditional love, laughs and life. πŸ€πŸΆβ€¨
Yesterday, Yoshi, my son left us peacefully, on his own terms. I knew this day would be hard, but I could never have imagined just how hard it would be. Even when we understand that he’s in a better place now, no longer in pain, the loss is still overwhelming.
This isn’t just my grief, it’s our whole family’s. My girls lost their best friend and protector, and together we’re learning how to navigate life without him. It’s especially hard for them. I know grief doesn’t go away. You don’t β€œget over” it, but in time, it softens, and we learn how to carry it.

Thank you to my clients for your love, condolences, and understanding as I needed to reschedule. I truly appreciate your patience and support. I’ll be reaching out soon. 🀍

For those clients who have reached out to book, I want to share that I’ve cleared my schedule for now and will update you when the time feels right to return.
I don’t want to simply push through this moment. I understand how grief can place you in a space of emotional disconnection while your heart is processing pain and healing. It wouldn’t be fair to you if I showed up without being able to give my full presence, or if I unintentionally transferred that energy into our session.

I never thought I would ever get to visit Kuramadera Temple in Kyoto also where Reiki was born but we made it! The journey was exhausting but so worth it. At one point I couldn’t even feel my legs πŸ˜…. If you ever plan on visiting be prepared to WALK .sarinas kept motivating me to keep going. He knew how much this meant to me. Also, we didn’t come this far to not make it to the main Hall/Temple! My heart is overflowing with gratitude.

As a Reiki Master/Practitioner, being able to cross the ocean to honor the masters and ancestors who came before me is something I can barely put into words. Reiki has held me through some of my deepest healing and has guided me in helping others heal too. To find myself here…when this trip wasn’t even on our itinerary, when Japan wasn’t even a thought well at least not this soon feels surreal. It feels divinely orchestrated.
The Universe really does have a way of placing you exactly where your soul is meant to be, exactly when you’re ready to receive it. πŸ’«
