🌜Now Accepting New Clients

Over the past few months, we have had the honor of walking alongside incredible individuals and couples as they navigated healing, reconnection, and transformation. As our most recent 3-month healing containers come to a close, we are opening a limited number of spaces for new clients.

If you've been feeling called to do deeper work, this may be your invitation.

πŸ’› Trauma Healing Containers
Designed for those who are ready to move beyond survival mode and begin reconnecting with themselves. Together we'll explore nervous system regulation, breathwork, somatic healing, emotional processing, sound healing, and practical tools to help you create lasting change.

πŸ’› Ta***ic Sensuality & Relationship Containers
Available for individuals and couples who want to deepen intimacy, reconnect with their bodies, improve communication, cultivate healthy sexuality, and experience relationships from a place of presence rather than performance.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about coming back home to yourself.

If you're curious about whether this work is right for you, we invite you to schedule a free Discovery Session where we'll talk about your goals, answer your questions, and explore the path that feels most aligned.

✨ Limited openings available.

Send us a message or visit our website to book your complimentary Discovery Session today.

Your healing journey doesn't have to be walked alone. We'd be honored to walk beside you. πŸŒ™

Today, we honor Juneteenth. β€οΈπŸ–€πŸ’š

At Starlight & Sage, we believe healing begins with creating spaces where every person feels seen, valued, respected, and safe to be fully themselves.

Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom, resilience, culture, and the enduring strength of a community that has overcome unimaginable injustice. It is also a reminder that learning, listening, and supporting one another are lifelong practices.

As we continue our mission of helping people come back home to themselves, we recognize that true healing extends beyond the individual. It grows through compassion, community, understanding, and our willingness to see one another's humanity.

Today we celebrate freedom. We honor history. We celebrate resilience. And we wish everyone observing Juneteenth a day filled with joy, connection, reflection, and love.

Happy Juneteenth from all of us at Starlight & Sage. πŸ’›

Anyone else hate computer work as much as we do? Anyone else make this exact face when it's time to do computer work? πŸ˜‚

Don't get us wrong... we LOVE what we do.

Working with clients? Amazing.
Teaching workshops? Sign us up.
Breathwork, sound healing, movement, connecting with people? Our happy place.

But sitting in front of a computer for hours answering emails, updating websites, and doing admin work? That's another story.
So we've learned to work *with* our brains instead of against them. Here are a few things that help us:

πŸ’› Work in 45 to 60 minute blocks, then get up and move.
πŸ’› Step outside for five minutes and let your nervous system reset.
πŸ’› Drink water before reaching for another cup of coffee.
πŸ’› Put on music that makes the task feel a little less... task-y.
πŸ’› Celebrate the small wins instead of waiting until everything is done.
πŸ’› Remember that progress is better than perfection.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is take a short break so your brain can come back refreshed. Now we have to know, what's the task you avoid the most?

Not every morning has to start with motivation.

Some mornings are quiet, some are heavy, and some are simply slower than others.

Instead of asking, "How do I get more done today?" try asking, "What does my nervous system need from me this morning?"

Maybe it's five slow breaths before checking your phone. Maybe it's stepping outside for fresh air. Maybe it's stretching while your coffee brews. Maybe it's simply giving yourself permission to move at a human pace.

A regulated nervous system isn't built in one perfect morning. It's built through small moments of safety repeated over time.

Today's reminder: You don't have to force yourself into the day. You can ease into it.

Happy Thursday and be gentle with yourself. πŸ’›

Sound healing is one of the few places where people allow themselves to fully receive.

There is no performing, fixing, or achieving. Just breathing, resting, and allowing the body to soften.

And honestly? That alone can feel revolutionary.

What if today wasn't about getting more done? What if it was about noticing more?

The way the sunlight hits the trees. The laugh that catches you off guard. The warm coffee or tea, the text from a friend. The fact that you've survived every hard day you've ever faced.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is stop rushing past the life we're trying so hard to build.

Happy Tuesday, friends. πŸ’›

The dogs don't stop to wonder if they're worthy of the open field.

They don't question whether they've accomplished enough. They don't wait until they've earned joy. They simply run. Sometimes I think we could learn a lot from that.

So many of us spend our lives standing at the edge of the meadow, waiting for permission. Waiting until we're healed enough. Confident enough. Successful enough. Ready enough.

But life isn't found at the edge.

It's found in the running, in the laughter, and in the moments where we stop overthinking and allow ourselves to be fully present.

This week, may you give yourself permission to move toward what lights you up. Trust your own path and remember that joy is not something you earn.

It is something you allow. Sometimes it's about remembering how to run through the wildflowers again. Sometimes healing isn't about fixing yourself.

πŸ’›What's one thing you're choosing to move toward this week?

Breathwork changes more than your breathing.

It changes:
✨ the way your body processes stress
✨ the way emotions move through you
✨ the way safety feels inside your nervous system

Sometimes the body doesn’t need more talking, sometimes it needs release.

We are opening a limited number of new breathwork and sound healing spaces this month!! Message us to book your's today.

Most women were never taught how to feel safe inside their own bodies.

We were taught how to perform, to achieve. How to disconnect and how to keep going even when our bodies whispered for us to slow down.

But sensuality isn’t performance, it’s presence. It’s feeling the warmth of your tea. The rhythm of your breath. The softness of your own skin. The ability to exist inside your body instead of outside of it.

This is where healing begins and as some of our 3-month containers come to completion, we are opening space for new clients inside Starlight & Sage.

If your body has been asking for deeper connection, this may be your invitation.
