Fear that remains unspoken is often like water trapped behind a dam. The pressure builds until it finds hidden cracks. It leaks into our relationships, our bodies, and our decisions and clouds our clarity. We may believe we're protecting ourselves by holding it in, but stagnant water eventually loses its lucidity.

Yesterday, a group of beautiful people joined together to find their inner sanctuary by the Broadkill River. We learned from Oak how to feel secure and rooted, from River how to contract and expand, and from Cattail, Shrub and Vine how to find our personal nourishing source, move in shifting environment, and protect ourselves naturally.

We created a beautiful living mandala for Earth to receive our gratitude from all She had given us in four short hours.
