Tomorrow’s session is for the people exhausted from carrying the same emotional weight over and over.
The guilt.
The overthinking.
The self-judgment.
The feeling that no matter what you do, your nervous system never fully relaxes.
At some point it stops being “just stress.”
It becomes a pattern your body expects.
Tomorrow we work with that directly through breath, sound, and nervous system release.
Not by pretending it’s fine.
Not by endlessly talking about it.
By creating enough safety in the body for something to finally shift.
