What a special ribbon cutting at Dickerson's Tri-City Pianos! Beautiful music filled the room as we celebrated new ownership of a beloved Tri-Cities institution. We cannot wait to see what this next chapter holds. Find them at 1330 Jadwin Ave., Richland.

Yesterday, members of the Richland Police Department and Richland Fire & Emergency Services had the opportunity to visit the residents currently staying at Brookdale Richland after being evacuated from the Brookdale community in Spokane due to the current wildfires.

Officers from RPD's Traffic Unit and A-Squad joined firefighters from Station 73 to spend some time visiting with residents, offering support, sharing conversations, and handing out Hershey's Kisses as a small reminder that our community is thinking of them during this challenging time.

While no one ever wants to leave the comfort of their home unexpectedly, we hope these small acts of kindness brought a few smiles and let our Spokane neighbors know they're warmly welcomed here in Richland.

To the Brookdale Richland staff, thank you for the incredible care and compassion you've shown in welcoming these residents and ensuring they feel safe and supported.

Please join us in keeping everyone affected by the Spokane-area fires in your thoughts, and in thanking the first responders and personnel who continue to work tirelessly to protect their communities 💙❤️
