I’m heading into a 90 day hibernation of self love , reflection and prioritizing presence.

2024 has given me some of the sweetest moments of this decade and some of the hardest.

Ending this year in a new state, homeschooling, in my master program , and healing a heart I didn’t intend to breaking.

Grateful for all the blessing that God has given me and with a heartful of gratitude it’s time to evolve to a new pond of life; ready to be a small fish again.

Thank you to all that support me, love me and stood by through my challenges.

Hi 👋 My name is Vishakha Dallas, I am a psychiatric RN currently obtaining my masters degree from Herzing University for PMHNP.

I wanted to introduce myself and explain why I created mood circuit.

Mood circuit is safe space and community to learn about mental illness and wellness, discover techniques and strategies to overcome burn out, stigmas, and improve mental health. As well as collaborate with others that share a vision of advancing positive change.

This is a space for the high performers, the struggling and everyone in between.
