We had a ball at Nationals Park yesterday as we cheered on the Washington Nationals against the Atlanta Braves. We soaked up the game-day excitement and had a grand slam of a good time! 🧢⚾️

We soaked up the sunshine during our annual Tuckahoe Yorktown Beach Trip! From a delicious lunch along the York River to a relaxing afternoon by the water, it was a wonderful day of making summer memories. 🎉🌊🏖️

Another significant step forward for Lakewood! We're excited to share this announcement regarding financing that will support future growth and expansion at our community.

Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of LifeSpire of Virginia’s $171,230,000 Series 2026 Bonds. LifeSpire currently owns and operates five Life Plan Communities; Lakewood (Richmond), The Culpeper (Culpeper), The Chesapeake (Newport News), The Glebe (Daleville) and The Summit (Lynchburg); totaling 952 independent living, 225 assisted living, 108 memory support and 226 nursing residences. The Series 2026 Bonds will fund expansion projects at Lakewood and The Summit communities as well as refund outstanding Series 2016 Bonds. https://bit.ly/4gFJUJO
