Meera is an LCSW and graduate of VCU’s School of Social Work, calling Richmond home for many years. She believes wholeheartedly in healing through connection and compassion, offering trauma-informed and relational care. Meera incorporates CBT, DBT, and ACT to support clients through grief, trauma, everyday stressors, and goal setting.
With experience in a variety of medical settings, she brings depth across many populations and levels of care. Outside the office, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors, cooking, or spending time with her pets.

I’m seeing an uptick in COVID admissions at the hospital, mostly in high-risk patients.

👉 If you’re high-risk:
• Get your COVID booster + flu/pneumococcal shots
• Avoid crowds when possible
• Mask up around others
• See your doctor early if symptoms start (medications only work if given early!)

COVID season is here again—but if we act now, we can protect ourselves and each other. 💪
