Happy 12th Birthday to our baby boy Jaylen Hawkes! 🎉💙🎂🥺🥺

Today our baby boy turns 12 YEARS OLD, and I truly don’t know where the time went. 🥹

Jaylen, you are one of the most mature, caring, loving and intelligent young men we know. You have such a good heart, and the young man you are becoming makes your dad and me SO incredibly proud to be your parents. 💙

Watching you grow from our little boy into the young man standing before us has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. Every year you amaze us a little more with your personality, your mind, your kindness and the way you carry yourself.

As you step into year 12, my prayer is that God continues to cover you, guide you, protect you and allow you to grow into everything He created you to be. 🙏🏾💙

No matter how tall you get, how mature you become, or how many birthdays come and go, you will ALWAYS be our baby boy. 🥹

2 months.
Not 6. Not a year.
Just 8 weeks of locking in… and look what happened 👇🏾

⬇️ Weight: -21.8 lbs

On Friday night, we celebrated my girl Roz’s birthday which is officially TODAY, (with a room full of beautiful, confident, and grown women showing OUT 🔥)

Baby when I tell you my friends are CUTE cute… whew 😍
Faces beat, outfits giving, energy unmatched!

But what I love most?
It’s more than the looks… it’s the love 🤍
The laughs, the support, the real friendships that just feel like home🫂

50 never looked so good and neither did this squad 💅🏽✨

Grateful for moments like this… and even more grateful for the women I get to do life with 💕

When God sets the atmosphere, women rise.

When women decide they’re going to win, nothing and I mean absolutely NO-THING can stop them.

This past Sunday I had the honor of being a guest speaker at the Women Who Win Women’s Day Soirée Conference, and I’m so grateful to Lakisha LelaMone Greene for the invitation.

The room was filled with powerful, purpose-driven women encouraging one another, sharing wisdom, and reminding each other that we are capable of so much more than we sometimes even believe.

Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for women to gather, grow, and WIN together.

Moments like this remind me how important it is for women to pour into one another. 💕

I am truly grateful to have been part of such a powerful day.

Some rooms change your mood, and some rooms change your mindset.. this one did both for me💕

The proof is in the pudding🥰🥰🥰 My girl Lique D Lawyer came in with a plan to change her body, build her strength, and along the way met an amazing supportive group of women.. I call that WINNING AT LIFE💞

She put in the work, early mornings, late nights, amongst being a wife, a mommy, and in school.. she didn’t make any excuses!

January 8th til today March 13th…

13lbs down
3.6% body fat lost
2.3% muscle gained

And shout out to my amazing trainer/nutritionist Melrose MellyMel who has supported us by supplying the meal plan to help us be successful! Teamwork makes the dream work!
