While on our honeymoon in Spain, my husband and I would walk to a local beach cove near our bed and breakfast to swim and sunbathe.

We noticed a man in his 80s who would come to swim every single day. He took his time, rested when he needed, and was truly one with the water.

It shifted something for me—
with so much focus on optimization, it’s easy to forget, daily movement can be simple, relaxing, and meditative.

I try to remind myself often to live life more like this guy. To connect with nature, to be consistent, and to go at your own pace.

Hi! Kelley here, just wanted to take a minute to update you all on my upcoming sound baths. For the first time in over 6 years, I’ll be taking a little time off from sharing sound offerings beginning in May.

If you’d like to be notified when my regular monthly classes begin again, please send me a DM with your email and I’ll be sure to let you know once I have new class dates on the calendar.

Sound is such an energetically focused practice and I’m feeling called to slow down and spend a little more time with myself and my family this summer.

I cannot say thank you enough to everyone who has supported my work as a sound practitioner over the last several years. It’s hard to take breaks from things you love, but I’ve been so incredibly busy these past couple years and have some big projects underway that I need to create space for. I’ll continue sharing recipes, interview features, and photo work via but for now, sound baths will be on pause.

Sending so much love to all of you!! Looking forward to sharing sound again soon — possibly in the fall! Stay tuned!!
