A huge thank you to Coach Charlotte for blessing us with your skills, energy, and motivation during our Friday Night Fabulous Step Class. You showed us that staying healthy can be just as fun as it is important!

Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who came out, stepped up, and participated. Your enthusiasm, smiles, and determination made the evening extra special.

At Cambridge, we support one another, encourage one another, and have fun together—that’s what being Cambridge Strong is all about! 💙

🌟 Resident of the Month – Karen Callahan 🌟

Please join us in celebrating our Resident of the Month, Karen Callahan! 💜

Born in Paris, France, and raised throughout Virginia, Karen has lived an adventurous and fulfilling life. She married and raised three wonderful children—two daughters and one son—and is now the proud grandmother of five grandchildren whom she loves dearly.

As the oldest sibling with one younger brother, Karen has always embraced family and creativity. She enjoys arts and crafts, making jewelry, and sewing, and once worked as a bookkeeper. When asked about the most exciting thing she has ever done, Karen proudly shared that she jumped out of an airplane! ✈️

Her favorite food is fried chicken, her favorite color is purple, and she says she truly enjoys her time here at Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation

🌟 Employee of the Month – Sara Ngenwie 🌟

Please join us in celebrating Sara Ngenwie, our Employee of the Month! 🎉

Originally born in Cameroon and raised in Minnesota, Sara has always been actively involved in her community and school activities. She is currently pursuing her nursing education while balancing family responsibilities as the middle sibling of two sisters and one brother. Sara takes great pride in helping care for and support her family.

When she’s not working, Sara enjoys watching animal shows, working out, shopping, going out with friends, listening to music, and reading romance novels. Her favorite food is seafood, and her favorite color is black.

Sara has been a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Cambridge Healthcare Center for the past year. Her compassion, hard work, and commitment to our residents make a positive impact every day. We are grateful to have her as part of our Cambridge family.

🎉❤️ Wrapping Up Nursing Home Week 2026 ❤️🎉

What an AMAZING week it has been celebrating our residents and employees! We made so many unforgettable memories filled with laughter, love, and togetherness.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our incredible staff and volunteers who helped every single day to make this week so special and successful. Your hard work and dedication truly showed all week long! 💙

We kicked off the week with prayers and a beautiful balloon release 🎈, enjoyed morning coffee socials ☕, luaus 🌺, disco day 🎶, barbecue cookouts 🍔, and even had a fun wheelchair rainbow wash 🌈♿ that brought smiles to everyone’s faces!

The laughter throughout the halls this week was such a blessing. Seeing our residents smiling, families visiting, and staff coming together reminded us what makes this community so special.

Here’s to the residents we love, the staff who go above and beyond every day, and the joy we create together. ❤️🫶🏽
