This year has been an emotional roller coaster and losing my grandmother yesterday has been the tip of it all. To know her is to Love her. A soft passive soul who taught me that there’s a price to being good. We will all experience pain, suffering, & unbearable truths, but even in the midst of despair you must continue to hold onto your inner good. These last few months were a fight but you continued to push through. I’m Grateful for the conversations we shared and memories made. May Health be a Blessing to us all and May we all cherish it. Forever in our Hearts, Love you Always Janice Anne ❤️

Keep it Simple:
1. Prepare yourself mentally
2. Choose 1-2 Healthy options daily (Fruit & Veggies and/or Superfoods)
3. Portion Control❗️
4. Detox & Cleanse when needed (Pay attn to your body ** try juice cleanses, smoothie cleanses, fasting, etc..**)
5. Stay physically active in some way
6. If you fall off, just restart. It’s a marathon, not a relay race 🏁 @ Mama Nature's Juice Bar

Bought this journal months ago and just started using it again. Life has shifted for me this Fall and scheduling my life is a MUST. Now that I’m managing and home schooling my children this school year, ima need it. Whew! 😅 I’m honestly excited to see how this stage of life goes. FYI: this was lunchtime with the kids turned business meeting w/ mom. My homeschooling schedule is definitely not typical. I feel for the teachers when creating lesson plans and finding innovative ways to engage children. Big Thanks to the ones that teach to motivate our children. 📚
