✨ What You Know Within ✨

Have you ever known deep down what’s right for you, but taking that next step feels a little harder?

Sometimes it’s not about finding more answers. It’s about trusting the ones you already have.

This week’s Angelic Frequency Sound Immersion is guided by Archangel Metatron and the intention of Alignment — bringing what you know within, into the way you move forward.

Through meditation, angelic frequencies, and sound, we’ll make space to quiet the outside noise and reconnect with what feels true.

“I trust what I know within. I move forward in alignment with myself.”

Monday night, we gather with Archangel Azrael and the energy of release.

Sometimes release isn’t about letting go all at once. Sometimes it’s simply recognizing what feels complete… and allowing your grip to soften.

We’ll set that intention together, then move into the sound and let the rest unfold from there.

Held & Guided ✨

An evening of quiet connection, healing, and receiving.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to connect with the presence and support of your Guardian Angel—creating space to listen, receive, and simply be.

From there, settle into an Angelic Frequency Sound Immersion while receiving group Reiki, allowing sound, energy, and stillness to come together in one deeply restorative experience.

No experience with meditation, Reiki, or energy work is needed.

This will be a small, intimate gathering, so space is limited and preregistration is required.

October 14th 7-8:00pm

Hi, I’m Linda, founder of Inside Out Healings.

My work has evolved quite a bit over the years, but the heart of it has remained the same: helping people feel more connected to themselves and more present for the life they’re living.

Inside Out Healings is a space for movement, healing, learning, connection, and support through life’s changing chapters.

You might find yourself here for accessible yoga, an energy healing session, a sound immersion, Reiki training, a Community Night—or for education and support around aging, caregiving, and end of life.

They may seem like very different offerings, but to me they’re all connected. They’re different ways of meeting ourselves—and one another—through the changes that are part of being human.

You don’t have to know exactly what you’re looking for.

Begin where you are.

I’m glad you’re here. ❤️

Two gatherings. Two different ways to pause.

💚 Monday — Angelic Frequency Sound Immersion 7-8pm
Monday is about listening to the heart.

We’ll work with the healing energy of Archangel Raphael, beginning with a gentle heart-centered meditation before moving into sound. An evening to soften, receive, and listen a little more closely to what your heart may be asking you to tend to.

🍂 Wednesday — Community Night: Space to Breathe 7-8:30pm
Wednesday is about creating enough space to hear yourself.

A simple evening of breath, reflection, creativity, and community as we move into fall.

No fixing. No figuring everything out.
Just a little room to pause and notice what wants your attention now.

Two different experiences, both offering a little space to reconnect with yourself.

Monday + Wednesday at Inside Out Healings

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply pause?

As we begin the transition into fall, join me for an evening of connection, reflection, and community (and a small crafty project😊).

Together we’ll slow down, breathe, journal, share conversation, and create space for what matters most.

I’d love to welcome you. 🤍

The ending of one season-the beginning of another. 🍃🍁🍂

This fall sound series is centered around integration, presence, release, and alignment.

Rather than forcing change, each immersion offers space to notice what is shifting, honor what has been, and move forward with greater awareness.

September always feels like a natural reset to me — not in a “start over” way, but more like a chance to get a little clearer about what we want to make room for as we head into fall.

This month I’m offering:

2 Angelic Frequency Sound Immersions; Thursday, September 10th and Monday, September 21st 7-8pm.
A chance to settle in, reconnect, and spend some time in sound and stillness. ($25 exchange)

Community Night — A Space to Breathe; Wednesday, September 23rd 7-8:30pm
A simple evening inspired by the Air element, with breath, reflection, creativity, and a little room to consider what you want to make more space for this fall. ($10 exchange)

Private Energy Healing Sessions
My September calendar is now open for one-on-one sessions if you’re feeling called to reconnect with yourself and receive more personal support.
Visit my website or click the link to schedule: https://calendly.com/laf-insideouthealings/energy-healing-session

I’d love to share any of these spaces with you.
As always, reach out if you have questions or want to register for an event.

My Mom has been gone just over two years.

I’m not sure why, but today I decided to listen to some of her saved voicemail messages.

Of course, I felt sad. I miss her.

But for the first time, I noticed the ache in my heart felt different. Somehow a little softer.

Grief is still there, but it doesn’t feel quite the same.

And today, alongside the sadness, I felt hopeful.

Hopeful that she is at peace.
That she is surrounded by love.
And that, in ways I may not always understand, she is still by my side.

Maybe grief doesn’t leave us. Maybe, with time, we simply learn a different way to carry the love.
