September always feels like a natural reset to me — not in a “start over” way, but more like a chance to get a little clearer about what we want to make room for as we head into fall.

This month I’m offering:

2 Angelic Frequency Sound Immersions; Thursday, September 10th and Monday, September 21st 7-8pm.
A chance to settle in, reconnect, and spend some time in sound and stillness. ($25 exchange)

Community Night — A Space to Breathe; Wednesday, September 23rd 7-8:30pm
A simple evening inspired by the Air element, with breath, reflection, creativity, and a little room to consider what you want to make more space for this fall. ($10 exchange)

My Mom has been gone just over two years.

I’m not sure why, but today I decided to listen to some of her saved voicemail messages.

Of course, I felt sad. I miss her.

But for the first time, I noticed the ache in my heart felt different. Somehow a little softer.

Grief is still there, but it doesn’t feel quite the same.

And today, alongside the sadness, I felt hopeful.

Hopeful that she is at peace.
That she is surrounded by love.
And that, in ways I may not always understand, she is still by my side.

Maybe grief doesn’t leave us. Maybe, with time, we simply learn a different way to carry the love.

This will be a relaxed, creative evening where we’ll make personal sacred symbols together.

Nothing fancy or complicated — just simple lines, shapes, and meaning. We’ll create symbols connected to what we’re calling in, strengthening, or honoring in our lives. 🦋🪷

No art experience needed at all. This is really about connection, intention, and being in community. 🕉️

Wednesday night’s annual **Floating Metatron Color Healing & Angelic Frequency Sound Bath** was such a beautiful experience. 🪽✨

The energy of the evening felt centered around rest, integration, healing, and receiving.

There was something so powerful about the combination of Metatron energy healing, angelic sound frequencies, and the water element.

The water held the body.
The sound moved through the space.
The energy supported the group in such a gentle, restorative way.

It felt soft, peaceful, and deeply nourishing.

A heartfelt thank you to Kirsten Kirsten Sharo for creating this experience with me again, to our generous host for opening such a beautiful space, and to everyone who attended and allowed themselves to receive.

I’m still feeling grateful for the beauty of the evening.

A heartfelt thank you Allyson Barbato LCSW for offering her **Introduction to Breathwork** workshop at the studio. 🌿🧘‍♀️

It was informative, enlightening, practical, and also really fun.

Allyson shared the science behind breathwork in such an accessible way, and we all walked away with simple tools we can use in daily life to support regulation, focus, and overall well-being.

She also generously shared an e-book with everyone so we can continue exploring and practicing on our own.

Thank you, Allyson, for bringing your knowledge, warmth, and wisdom into the space. It was such a beautiful evening of learning and connection.
