Just shared presence, intention, and the practice itself. 🌀

Open to Reiki practitioners of all levels — whether you’re newly attuned or have been practicing for years.

We’ll begin with meditation, move into seated Reiki exchanges, and close with a simple fire ritual for reflection and release.🪷

As we move into June, I’ve been noticing how many people are holding a lot right now. 🫶🏼

Life feels full, fast, emotional, and for many…a little heavy.

So, this month, more than anything, I simply want to check in and remind you that you do not have to carry everything alone.💗

Sometimes we don’t need advice or another thing to work on.
Sometimes we just need space to soften.
Space to breathe.
Space to be listened to and supported honestly.

That’s really the heart behind all of my offerings lately.

Whether through sound healing, Reiki, meditation, or gathering in community, my intention is to create experiences that help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel a little lighter walking back out into the world.🪷
