I’ve sat in sacred space with over six dozen beautiful souls during the last year and a half of my life, sharing my passion for Reiki and healing, and looking back it feels like the most magical of dreams. This is what I’m here for, to teach and be taught. To create places where people can discover the truth of their identities, and to bask in the power and frequency of love. To chase enlightenment, to find healing, to create a relationship with self and source. And I love every single second of all of it, and each and every soul brought my way.🤍

Each and every Reiki Training class I get to teach is the most powerful experience and I’m always so insanely grateful. 🙏🏽

Last weeks class was so beautiful and sacred and I still don’t have the words. 🤍 I don’t know exactly what made this one slightly different, maybe it was because this was my first class taught back home in Idaho-but the vibe was supercharged, which was absolutely incredible to feel and witness.

We decided to beam Reiki energy into this group picture-let your eyes become less focused and take a couple of deep breaths. Can you feel it? ✨

Our life force energy is highly responsive to thoughts, feelings, and situations. It can become disrupted when we experience negativity, limiting beliefs, unconscious patterns of behavior, stressful situations, and trauma, among other things. The lower vibrational energy associated with these things attaches itself to our energy fields and causes a disruption in the flow of our life force, which also then diminishes the vital function of the organs and cells of our physical body.

Reiki flows through the affected parts of the energy field and raises the vibratory level, causing the negative energy to break apart and fall away. ✨

When Reiki energy enters your body, any and all energy that is a lower vibration than it has two choices; it can alchemize to the same level as the Reiki, or it can leave. In this way Reiki raises your entire vibration while also providing release, cleansing and healing. ✨

I couldn’t agree more. This is sacred space and sacred work, and I’m so grateful to be able to access it so often. 🤍

Last weekend I jetted down to Utah to host two back to back Reiki Training Classes (super brave, I know 🥴). During the day I got to facilitate the most beautiful Levels I & II class and in the evenings I led some of my prior students through a Reiki Master Class. We all laughed, we cried, we saw Jesus, we channeled the frequency of love, and we blew our own damn minds. Each and every second of it was incredible.

Reiki Energy, flowing into your body at a frequency of 528 hertz (the same frequency as unconditional love) IS love.

Reiki is love, love straight from source. Only channeled by the practitioner, not of the practitioner. The gift of healing, sent from above- realigning all chakras, clearing away all that does no serve, reassigning total balance, filling only with love and light.

All could and should learn Reiki, no matter what age or walk of life. I’ve had many people come to learn the healing art of Reiki for various reasons, all beautiful.

Yogis wanting to add Reiki to their hands on assists.
Massage therapists looking to delve deeper into their existing energy work.
Nurses who wish to aid even further.
Therapists looking to explore holistic approaches for total mind/body/soul healing.
Doulas who wish to practice birth Reiki.
Dancers who choose to meld movement and energy healing.
Creators of all kinds (painters, jewelry makers, potters) seeking to infuse reiki into their creations.

And those simply (or rather, most nobly) who wish to step into a space of being able to HEAL, themselves and others.

From ages 4-68, I’ve watched a plethora of incredible humans step into this birthright, and have been honored to witness their journeys. Journeys into Birth Reiki, Death Reiki, Pet Reiki, Plant Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Adult Reiki, Child Reiki- whatever calls to them.

Things are shifting!

You might have noticed some changes on the website, gotten an email, or seen my social media posts, but if you haven't, I am moving out of state!

Rest assured that The Healing Co. isn't going anywhere, I've just switched to virtual for the time being! As a Reiki Practitioner, I am able to send Reiki Healing from a distance, as the Universal Life Force energy that is Reiki is able to transcend space and time as guided. You can be anywhere in the world and receive a Reiki Treatment from me, and it will be just as effective as an in-person session. If you are interested in Reiki Training, I have one last opportunity to train with me in Utah before I move. I have a Reiki Level I & II class coming up on July 10th and 11th, and there are a few spots available! For more information on that, or to grab a spot in class, visit the website!

As far as the future goes, once I get settled in Idaho, I fully plan on renting a space and offering Reiki Sessions and Reiki Trainings in the Idaho Falls/Blackfoot area. I also plan on coming back to Utah a few times a year for Reiki Trainings if there is demand for me to do so, so if you'd like to set something up with me for a future training, please reach out!

I always say Reiki Training weekends are my favorite and they really are. To see other beautiful souls explore energy, learn how to move it and work with it, to educate themselves about the healing arts, to see the excitement as they begin to practice and see the reverence and respect they have for this work; it’s inspiring and exciting and makes me downright emotional.

I hold a special place in my heart for each of the incredible students that I have been able to certify-we’ve shared laughs, we’ve shared tears, and we’ve done it all as a sisterhood..a group of healers destined for so much more than the mundane, brought together in the most interesting of ways.
