The Office of Commissioner Hernan R. Garza III, Starr County Pct. #4, would like to inform our community that our office will be closed on Monday, October 12, 2026, in observance of Columbus Day.

Our regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

With severe weather approaching, Commissioner Hernan R. Garza III is providing free sandbags to Precinct #4 residents to help protect their homes and families.

• Limit: 4 sandbags per household
