This was almost a year after having my daughter
1. I gained 60lbs in that pregnancy
2. Had her via c-section
3. I got on stage before her second birthday so I too completed a prep

It wasn’t easy but I was on a mission

Ladies it can be done so be encouraged and go out there and kill it

I deserve to be confident in this body… Full transparency moment… This is something I have battled with tremendously especially after having my second C-section with my son. I may appear to be a very confident person but I will be honest with you, I battle with body image issues as much as the next person. I am sharing this with you in hopes that you’ll understand a little bit more about who I am. As a former athlete power lifter and bodybuilder I have pretty high standards for myself but honestly sometimes they aren’t as realistic. So lately I’ve had to come back to the drawing board and set realistic and obtainable goals for myself. Loving the skin I’m in is a daily journey of mine and I want to tell you ... yes YOU ... if you’re out there struggling with this ... you are not alone. You are amazing, beautiful and strong 💕✨
