Yesterday, I had the honor of presenting a Wellness Lunch & Learn Workshop to the City of West Palm Beach employees from the same podium where the mayor holds his press conferences! 🌟

We explored the power of breath, stretching, and connecting to our bodies and intuition, practices that inspire, reenergize, and support our well-being. How can we better take care of ourselves in order to best take care of those we love. This is the theme I explore in most of my classes. 💚
