This page is to uplift, inspire, support and vibe high at all times. It is NEVER too early or too late to be POSITIVE! The second half of 2023 ripped me to the core. The loss of several immediate family members and simultaneously going through "The Change" had me feeling as if the entire world was against me. My mental and physical health deteriorated. Thankfully, I have caring friends who pulled
me off the ledge. Four days in a psychiatric hospital saved my life and started the path to wellness. I am grateful to the people I've encountered who are helping me navigate my childhood trauma, grief, and depression, as well as diagnoses for what I have endured my whole life, thinking it was normal. I feel the best I've ever felt, and I want to share my story in hopes of helping anyone who may be struggling with similar situations. Ward Mom has stuck because of my instinct to help and counsel the people around me. The stigmas around mental illness are still very old-fashioned. I believe this page can help.
