As much as I’m already looking forward to getting back with my girls, these bodies need a little REST, RECOVERY & RECOUP time! 🙌🏽

Not all of our ladies are pictured from class, but I hope everyone who joined us this past 5 weeks had an AMAZING time🩵 I’m so grateful for the memories we continue to make together, and I already can’t wait for our next adventure! 🫶🏽

We’ll be closed for two weeks and will return on September 12, 2026.

Thank you all for being so patient and understanding as I navigate the loss of my sister. This has been a tremendous loss for me, and I need to allow myself time to grieve, rest, and regroup.

I truly appreciate your continued love and support. I’ll be back more focused, refreshed, and stronger. 🩵
