Tonight was my last class in Roanoke, VA!! My heart was filled with so much love and appreciation!! From the cake to the cards, gifts, hugs, kind words, and flowers I received tonight, I felt all the ❤️❤️. Thanks to everyone who came out. This wasn’t even all the class participants!!

God has blessed me with some of the best students. I love their energy, smiles and laughter. I thank them for dancing with me and allowing me to invade their space and shake sum😜.

This has been one of the best Zumba classes ever!!! Honestly I just realized, my host and best classes have been in the Valley. I hardly remember teaching in Chester and Am Fam Fitness!! Yeah…IM GOING TO MISS YALL!!

I pray that God will continue to bless and increase each and everyone of you!! They lifted me on some of the roughest days and didn’t even know it.

Tonight reminded me why I LOOOOVE ZUMBA!!! The energy is AAAAAAMAZING!! This isn’t even all the participants for tonight’s class!!! The energy was 🔥🔥🔥

Transparency moment:

I got really discouraged when no one showed up to the FREE classes I’ve been offering. I had to remind ME that ITS OK!! Everyone can’t have or deserve what or where you are!! Love in the ones who show up! Health and wellness, fun and fitness, dancing like no one is watching isn’t for everyone and THATS OK!!!

God has always blessed me with a super spectacular Zumba family! Even on the hard days, they make me laugh and push harder!!!
