I don’t know what’s sweeter: the cake or the lies😂

My son asked me to bake him a cake for his 12th birthday. As someone who tends to buy them, I was a little hesitant. But how can I say no to him! It wasn’t bad for my first time baking in forever!!! But I don’t know that the rest of the family will be asking me to bake anytime soon😂🎂

The chandelier isn’t the only thing hanging by a thread😉 Just kidding😂 it is true though… if you can survive doing home projects together you can survive anything🙌🏻

This beautiful chandelier is from Arhaus. We weren’t too sure about the size, but after all that to hang it, we’re not taking it down😅

“Summer should be fun! First week… not fun!”

Learn from my mistakes: don’t blow through all the fun activities in Week 1. All you’re doing is setting the expectation that summer is a nonstop amusement park, and that’s a hard standard to maintain until August.
