In fact, we also heard you. 😉 Back and in-person by popular demand, we have added a summer birth doula training at BBC! Wanna doula? Join us! July 24-26, 2026. Registration is now open. Summer doesn’t work the best for you? We’ve also opened up registration for our annual fall birth doula training in Buffalo, NY scheduled for the first weekend in November.

June Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga at BBC:

Prenatal yoga- Mondays, 5-6:15 p.m., Saturdays, 10:45-12:00 p.m.

Baby & Me Yoga- Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m. through mid-June

Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, Thursdays, 6:00-7:15 p.m.

Toddler Yoga- Sunday, June 7th 9:15-10:00 a.m.

Our yoga classes are a lovely way to slow down, build strength, ease tension, and connect with your body and your baby in a supportive space.

Our Pregnancy Loss Support Group meets this Friday, June 1 from 7-9 PM at BBC. The July meeting will be the second Friday of the month, July 10.

This group is a welcoming, non-clinical space for a loss parent to talk honestly about the complex feelings and emotions that come with pregnancy loss.

Facilitated by Margo Fox, MSW and Kate Lynch, LCAT, each group offers an opportunity to share, listen, offer or receive support and connection with others who have suffered the loss of a pregnancy at any stage. Whether you've experienced a miscarriage, chemical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, TFMR, late term loss or stillbirth, you are welcome here.
