✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨

Today I’m celebrating Dana! Just 2 weeks into the program and she is already down OVER 9 pounds 👏🔥

But the scale is only part of the story…

✔️ More energy
✔️ Food noise calming down
✔️ No sugar in 2 weeks
✔️ Feeling more in control around cravings
✔️ Hunger cues and metabolism starting to regulate

One of the biggest wins this week happened at work when donuts and cookies were brought in. In the past, that would have felt impossible to resist, but this time she chose not to have them — and instead of feeling deprived, she felt PROUD of herself. 💛

That shift is everything.

Because sustainable weight loss is not about perfection or willpower. It’s about learning how to fuel your body in a way that helps cravings calm down, energy improve, and confidence grow.

She’s also stepping outside her comfort zone by trying new foods and expanding variety, which is such an important part of building a healthy lifestyle that actually lasts long term.

So proud of the work she is putting in already. The physical changes are amazing, but the mindset shifts happening behind the scenes are even more powerful! I love this for her! 💕

Tonight while I was on a coaching call, my daughter made these banana yogurt bites completely on her own… and even cleaned up the dishes afterward 🥹💛

A few days ago we made them together, and today she remembered every step by herself. Moments like this remind me that teaching our kids simple, nourishing habits really does stick.

Also… the fact that she chose to make a healthy snack instead of asking for packaged treats feels like a huge parenting win 🙌

How My Metabolic Balance Client Went From feeling like nothing was working anymore to losing 15 pounds in 3 months while still enjoying travel and real life!

When she started working with me, she was frustrated. She felt like she had already tried doing all the right things, but her body just wasn’t responding anymore. Her energy was inconsistent, weight loss had stalled, and she felt like she was either being too strict or not seeing results at all.

So we simplified everything.

Inside my Awaken Health Reset framework, we focused on building structure without restriction. Instead of extremes, we created a way of eating and living that actually supported her metabolism in real life.

We worked on:

* A consistent meal structure so her body wasn’t guessing all day
* Protein-forward meals to support fat loss and steady energy
* Smarter carb timing so she could still have flexibility without setbacks
* Simple daily habits around hydration, sleep, and routine for consistency
* Real-life strategies so she didn’t have to “pause her life” to see progress

I know you see the results I post…
12 pounds in 8 weeks.

…and this is where most people quietly count themselves out.

I do have a lot of clients who see results quickly.
But I also have women who start slower and who maybe take a few months to really see things shift. And that’s okay.
