As we age (gracefully of course 😉), the things we did in our younger years may not work as effectively as they once did. Our mobility is different now (walking that flight of stairs feels harder), recovery is different (that long day of cleaning got your back hurting two days later) and overall the way your body is feeling stresses you out. Sis, We get it!
