This past weekend, Saturday, October 10th, was World Mental Health Day 🩺🌿🧠 A day that reminds us to slow down, check in with ourselves, and take actionable steps to care for ourselves (and each other).

We're now here to remind you that action can be intentional rest, time to sit and think, sleeping a little extra, the list goes on. Whatever your mental needs, we want to encourage you to do just that and give your entire being the rejuvenation it deserves. Move your body. Nourish your soul. However it looks.

It's always okay to ask for help. And it's okay to not be okay all the time. We're here in any case. 🫂
