These are our four farmhands😁. They are up early doing chores and up late if we still have work to do. They are best friends and who we already are happy to have in our corner. We couldn't do this without them...and we wouldn't want to.

For those of you that purchase whole chickens and would like to know how we cut them up this is how we do it! The versatility of being able to roast a whole chicken when you have time, but also having various cuts at your disposal is so nice!
