I recently saw an interview with someone on the Mel Robbins podcast about using a "temptation" along with "task" in order to motivate yourself to get the task done easier.

Wel... we're still trying to figure out our basement layout and recently moved the treadmill back into the office.

The hubs got a new TV for the boys to watch games on since our old one had this line down it.

So he put this old tv in the office with the treadmill and all of my oldest's filming/editing/composing equipment and now I have a great way of keeping myself distracted in order to get my steps in.

I think this might actually work for me!!!
